               Non-Linear PowerPoint Project

PowerPoint slides are a useful means of introducing new information to people.  However, it can also be utilized to allow you to make choices, test knowledge, and give immediate feedback.  The 6th grade students created Non-linear PowerPoint projects based  on topics that they explored in their history and English classes.

The students created PSAs as part of a Lifeskills Unit on the subject of Respect.  

Magazine design demonstrates a designer’s ability to layout a page, organize information, and combine written and visual material intelligently. Students designed the cover of a new magazine or a magazine that already exists. The cover of the magazine included images and headlines relating to a topic covered in their  history or English classes this year.
